Jan: Finally getting my hands on Tekken for the PSP and uploading ghost datas to Namco's servers.
Feb: Purchasing Syphon Filter 2nd hand and loving erery minute of it. Starting to forget who that Snake character is!?
Not being able to get a 3 player game of Burnout; Legends working. With filmed evidence of the problem.
March: Getting a PS3 on release day and taking 2 weeks off work to enjoy playing it. Being amzed by how good the games look and feel and how nice the system is to use. Being pissed right off that I'd paid more than the either Japan or USA and getting a machince without backwards compatatbility. Only to have some of it come back when I added the first firmware update.
April: Getting online for gaming etc. Managed to get the machine registered at a friends and then started to received broadband by the end of the month. I managed to originally be able to blog via the PS3 but that functionality has since been broken, boo hiss! Whilst there I did manage to download my first full game ever. Fl0w amazing!
Watching youtube videos in full screen on my TV, thus giving me the largest video jukebox collection going.
Playing my first ever online games. Syphon Filter via the PSP & Getting my arse panned repeatedly and Resistance: Fall of Man via PS3. Wow. It was the most amazing thing. Then to discover that I could use my Eye-toy as a mic to chat to other gamers.
Remote-play testing, wouldn't work originally but amazing when I finally fixed the issue. Allowing me to stream music from my PS3 to my PSP and play it through the amp in my bedroom.
May: Tekken: Dark Ressurection finally arrives only to feel slightly scammed that it's less that the PSP version but what should I expect for under £7.
Getting to use the chat function and embracing the idea of social gaming. By buying a Blue-tooth headset and joining Laark About clan on R:FoM. As well as investing £5 in a secondhand USB keyboard.

June: Metal Gear Portable Ops. ater much delay. I finally picked it up for under £25 only for my friend to pick it up a week later for under £15. The single play was loads of fun, but being able to go online with a friend and kick arse as a team was priceless.
Buying a couple of accessories for the PS3 only to be disappointed that the pad adaptor didn't provide rumble for PS1/2 games. The Stand didn't allow certain devices to work if pug through it but having an extra USB port was a bonus as well as having the stand making my PS3 glow blue.
Downloading demos, getting into US Store to get demos early than UK.
Getting CRUSH cheap and realising that it was damn hard puzzle game.
Resistance: Fall of Man, online update. An amazing update that added even more depth and features to one of the best games. Also buying the first Map pack, which sadly I haven't played nearly enough of.
Downloading PS1 games and transfering them to my PSP to play. Discovering that Wipout is only 93 Meg.
July: Finding out that certain PS2 games will play online via the PS3.
August: Being really annoyed at the PS3's Web browser that suddenly stopped me being able to blog via it, as well as not working properly with youtube and other sites including Sony own sites.
Finally getting my hands on DiRT, and being floored by how good it is.
Getting SSX: On Tour for £4 new only to discover that the PS3 wasn't compatable with it, d'oh!
Buying Tomb Raider Aniversary (Collectors Edition) for the PS2 and it working without issue on the PS3. Falling in love with Lara all over again.
Buying Warhawk for £20 from the PSN and being amazed by it. Having 2 other friends round and going online with some of Laark About. Was an amazing night.
September: LocoRoco: Coccereicho. Supposed to be an interactive screen saver. It's not it's a full game as one of my firends can testify after playing it solidly for 2.5 hours and then trying to convince her boyfriend to buy a PS3 on the strength of a £2 download. I also managed to get this blog to 32nd in the World on the Time Trial.
Finally receiving my free copy of Casion Royale on Blu-ray and wishing I could affors a HDTV to beablt to properly enjoy it.
October: Ninja Gaiden: Sigma for under £20 and it's so damn hard. It's the first game that's made me want to throw a pad at the TV in a very long time, but not because it doesn't work. Due to frustration at not being good enough at playing the game.
Buying my first blu-ray Eragon for under £5, not a great film but it's in DTS, hmmm!
November: Tekken, finally goes online and I get to see how bad I am in comparrision to my online buddies and again I'm not as bad as I was thinking, loads of room for improvement but that's what I like.
December: Well all you need to do, is have a look at the last few entries they give you the answers you need!
