Meaning that you can now know that you're leaving the PS3 on to continue downloading or shut the PS3 off.

It has also added a custom button set up for the PSP so that useful button can be remapped. Ie Turning R3 into Triangle. Rather than using select as the hot key to switch certain button functions.
